When it comes to food and wine pairings, there are those who carelessly match any dish with any libation and those who painstakingly try to balance the flavors of the food with the perfect wine. No matter where you land on the spectrum, there are some dishes that remain challenging (potluck, anyone?), so having knowledge of ways to properly pair wine with your food can truly intensify the enjoyment of eating. It doesn’t get much better than sea bass with Sauvignon Blanc, duck breast with Burgundy and a juicy steak with a classic Cabernet Sauvignon. I promise to provide great wine pairing suggestions with all my meals.

People often make sacrifices when cooking for themselves and sadly one of those sacrifices come in the form of pre-packaged ingredients. Unfortunately there is no substitute for the flavor and nutrients available from fresh, natural ingredients. And when combined together by skilled hands, the body knows that it has been given a gift with every bite.
Let She Cooked It's relentless pursuit for real food work to your benefit. Using fresh, hand prepared, natural ingredients chosen at their ripest point, you can have the nutritious benefits of simpler times in the form of modern gastronomical dishes.
When you imagine food, you may think of something that nourishes and replenishes your body. When I think of food I imagine something that speaks to your soul, and warms your spirit. This experience is what I strive to provide when preparing each and every meal.
Faith, Family, and Food is my motto, and my purpose is to provide a cooking experience for you or your family that you'll never forget. Something new & exciting, yet familiar to your plate.
In a nutshell, She Cooked It can prepare meals in a private setting (in your home) or provide catering needs for small events. You provide the venue, I provide the cuisine!
